Cut your potatoes about a 1/2″ thick, put them into a bowl with a tbsp. of oil, then lightly add a pinch of rosemary (optional), salt, and pepper; bake one layer for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Loosen it with a spatula; turn and bake for approximately 10 more minutes. These potatoes are yummy when dipped in ketchup, and they do not have as many calories as traditional fries. Surrounding yourself with health-driven, active people is a great way to inspire yourself. Spending time with active people makes you more likely to increase your activity level. Someone who is a couch potato might have a negative influence on you.
